Eagle partners with AEC firms and brings expertise in tech to empower engineers, tackle big problems, and fuel growth.
WHY EAGLE?
Eagle is a long-term holding company built by engineers to adapt to the next-generation of U.S. infrastructure challenges.
We acquire civil engineering firms with an unwavering commitment to protecting their legacy, their teams, and their client relationships—while equipping them with world-class technology to compete and win in the decades ahead.
Unlike traditional private equity, we don't chase short-term results or jeopardize long-term stability. Our focus is on supporting people and amplifying capacity, not extracting value.
Our goal is that someday, you'll say partnering with Eagle was the best decision you ever made.
Selling your company is a big decision. With over $100M in committed capital, no financing contingencies, and a bias toward action, we move quickly and transparently to keep the process straightforward and founder-friendly.
You've built something worth protecting. Eagle provides a permanent home where your firm can thrive for generations—preserving what makes you special while unlocking new capabilities that ensure long-term competitiveness.
Your people are your greatest asset. We invest in your team through advanced training, modern tools, and operational support—so they can focus on what they do best: serving clients and delivering exceptional work. Our mission is to amplify – not automate away.
We're builders, not financial buyers. Our team includes experienced civil engineers, technologists, and operators who provide hands-on support across business development, operations, and technology integration.
We're not here to micromanage. You maintain control of client relationships and project delivery while we handle back-office functions, technology infrastructure, and growth initiatives that free you to focus on engineering excellence.
The industry is changing, and firms that adopt modern tools will lead the next era. We bring proven technology platforms for design, project management, and client collaboration—giving your team a competitive edge without disrupting your culture.
